One of the liposuction methods, Slim Lipo, by applying laser energy into the adipose tissue, breaks down the adipose tissue and fat cells, allowing the body to achieve the desired appearance. With this method, effects in the form of stretching, recovery and tightening occur in the body by stimulating the cells that give the tissue its elasticity.
Slim Lipo (Laser Lipolysis Plus), also known as laser lipolysis plus, is made using two wavelengths. In order to provide tightening and thinning, the wavelength of 924 nm first breaks down the fat tissues. Then it supports tightening with a wavelength of 957 nm.
In this method, which is approved by the American Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the adipose tissue is affected by laser beams with a wavelength specific to the adipose tissue. And then the cannulated tissues are aspirated.
If a small amount of tissue is applied in the Slim Lipo method, the tissues can be left in the area without aspiration and are absorbed by the body over time.
This technique, which is applied as a state-of-the-art technology, does not allow any side effects by providing a comfortable post-operative period for the patients.
Laser Lipolysis, especially:
Laser lipolysis plus can be used in any area where unwanted adipose tissue is present. It can be applied to the breast area, especially on the abdomen, back, waist, arm, and jowl in men.
In the classical liposuction process, depending on the technique, liquid is given to that area and then the oils are withdrawn with a high negative pressure.
Liposuction is usually performed in the hospital and under anesthesia. Bruising can be seen lasting 10-15 days. Afterwards, it is necessary to use a corset for a long time (4-6 weeks). Even with light liposuction, a recovery period of 3-4 days is required.
In laser lipolysis, the patient can return to work immediately after the application. It doesn’t need to be separated from your daily life at all. Since it is a less traumatic application, the healing process is much lighter than classical liposuction.
Lipo Laser is a very effective application that prevents bleeding (hemostatic), allows healing in a short time, and the bandaging time is very short.
After the application, the patient can return to his daily life, work or social life immediately. However, since the result will appear gradually (between 2-4 months), no one will be able to understand this if they do not say that they have had the application.
There are basically 3 effects in the area where the Lipo Laser process is applied. As a result of the Photomechanical effect in the region where the lipo laser light comes out of the cannula, the membrane integrity of the fat cells in this region is impaired. The fat contained in the cells flows into the intercellular space. As a result of this effect, a significant recovery and stretching is achieved in the treated skin.
Thanks to these effects, Lipo Laser is a less invasive (traumatic) and effective method. Unlike liposuction after the application, it is not necessary to wear a corset for a long time, it is sufficient to wear a corset for only 4-7 days depending on the region.
It is not a more traumatic procedure than the first, as in liposuction, when it needs to be repeated. In addition, it can be easily applied to all body parts, including areas such as the inside of the arms, under the chin, neck, upper abdomen, back and ankles, where it is difficult to shape the body with classical liposuction methods.
After the area to be treated is determined, local anesthesia is applied to the area and a special solution is given to the oils. The aim is only to ensure that the oils become suitable for the method and liquefy.
Then, after Slim Lipo’s laser adjustments sensitive only to fat cells are made, an extremely thin cannula is inserted through an incision of approximately a few mm and the laser melts the fat in that area.
Fats are taken from the same incision with a special syringe. Slim Lipo also has a separate laser head that stretches the skin. The skin is stretched with this laser. This process takes about an hour.
The jowl area is one of the most uncomfortable areas for many people. No matter how much weight is lost, the fat in the neck and jowl area does not disappear as desired. And it creates a heavier appearance than the person’s jowl.
Many aesthetic surgery methods have been tried for this area so far and the desired result has been achieved with slim lipo. Local anesthesia is applied to the jowl area and, if necessary, to the area up to the cheeks.
With the help of special cannulas, the fat in the area is taken. Small incisions behind the ear where the cannulas enter are sutured. And the stitches disappear on their own after a while and their scars are never obvious.
This process is carried out in a period of half an hour to an hour. A light bandage is applied to the area and the bandage is removed after a day or two.
After the bandage is removed, the swelling goes down. And the jaw lines become extremely pronounced. The patient begins to look both leaner and younger.
The above procedures can be applied to men. However, it is a gold standard method in the treatment of gynecomastia (excessive growth of the male breast), which is an important problem for men.
Laser lipolysis is very successful in the treatment of this disorder, which causes great visual and psychological problems in men. While the large amount of hard fat tissue in the growing breast tissue cannot be removed with the classical liposuction method, laser lipolysis allows these fats to be removed by melting.
As a result, our patients get rid of their overgrown breasts, which is a big problem, in approximately 45 minutes, without any scarring, without general anesthesia. They can go back to work very easily the next day.
