• Handshaking and hugging should be avoided.
• Crowded environments should be avoided as much as possible.
• Let’s postpone overseas visits as much as possible .
• Mouth, nose and eyes should not be touched with dirty hands.
• Hand hygiene should be given importance. Hands should be washed with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, and alcohol-free (at least 70%) hand antiseptic should be used in the absence of soap and water.
• Closed areas, especially classes, workplaces, public transportation vehicles, planes should be disinfected and ventilated frequently.
• To strengthen the immune system, a balanced and healthy diet should be used.
• Foods should be washed thoroughly before consumption.
• Do not share any personal items with you. (Towel, glass)
• Drink plenty of fluids, we must keep our throat constantly moist.
• We should sleep at least 7 hours a day.
• You should wash your clothes at a temperature of 60 – 90 degrees.
